Prices

These prices are mainly aimed at companies and do not include the Swedish VAT of 25%. VAT will be added at checkout for companies registered in Sweden. Companies within the EU are asked to provide a valid VAT registration number when ordering. If the VAT number provided is not valid, either the order will be canceled or the Swedish VAT will be charged retroactively.

For companies outside the EU, a company registration number is required. VAT and any customs duties will be charged by the respective country’s customs authorities upon import.

In summary, VAT and any customs duties will be added depending on the company’s location and tax rules in the country concerned.

Buying at companies based in the EU

Customers in the EU must provide a valid VAT number when purchasing. If the number is invalid, the order may be canceled or Swedish VAT may be charged retroactively.

If we are unable to confirm the VAT registration number or organization number provided within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to reject or cancel your order.

From which countries can you buy

We offer sales of products to customers in the following countries: Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.

Who can order

We welcome both businesses and individuals to shop with us. However, some products, such as injectables, are only available to licensed healthcare professionals, including dermatologists, doctors, dentists and nurses, and clinics affiliated with licensed professionals.

We may ask you to present identification or other proof of your professional status in the healthcare sector. If you are unable to provide such documentation, we reserve the right to refuse the order.

If we are unable to confirm the VAT registration number or organization number provided within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to reject or cancel your order.

Payment

Payment options

We offer card payment with VISA and MasterCard. You can also choose to pay by invoice, in connection with which a credit check is made.

Delivery & returns

Delivery time

Delivery time is normally 1-3 days if the product is in stock. Any deviations are indicated in the product description.

Product display

We are committed to displaying products in a clear and accurate way. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors shown accurately reflect the colors of the products in reality as color reproduction depends on the settings of your computer and your screen. Medichub reserves the right for any factual errors in product information. The final product may differ slightly in reality from the image on our website.

Uncollected parcels

Uncollected parcels will be returned after four weeks and a fee of 150 SEK will be charged for return shipping, administration and handling.

Return

The customer is responsible for the costs of returns, except in the case of defective products or faulty goods. Returned products should be sent by letter or parcel and not by cash on delivery.

Reimbursement

Refund in case of withdrawal

In case of withdrawal, the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the return.

When purchasing training

When purchasing training with an invoice as payment method, the invoice must be paid in order to complete the training.
