What payment methods do you offer?

We offer card payment with VISA and MasterCard. You can also choose to pay by invoice, in connection with which a credit check is made.

The expected delivery time is indicated at checkout based on the selected shipping method. Any deviations in the delivery time of a product are specified in the product description.

Uncollected parcels will be returned after four weeks and a fee of 150 SEK will be charged for return shipping, administration and handling.

The customer is responsible for the costs of returns, except in the case of defective products or faulty goods. Returned products should be sent by letter or parcel and not by cash on delivery.

In case of withdrawal, the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days of receipt of the return.

Yes, customers in the EU must provide a valid VAT number when purchasing. If the number is invalid, the order may be canceled or Swedish VAT may be charged retroactively.

We offer sales of products to customers in the following countries: Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.

We only target businesses in the clinical sector and licensed healthcare professionals, such as dermatologists, doctors, dentists and nurses. You do not need to be affiliated with a company to buy from us in Sweden.

Customers in the EU must provide a correct VAT number.

We may ask you to present identification or other proof of your professional status in the healthcare sector. If you are unable to provide such documentation, we reserve the right to refuse the order.

If we are unable to confirm the VAT registration number or organization number provided within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to reject or cancel your order.

All prices are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to update the terms of purchase at any time. It is therefore recommended that customers regularly review the terms of purchase for any changes.
