Basic Japanese Headspa Course

Location: Stockholm, Östermalm

Structure of the training

During the training, we go through how the Head spa bed works and its functionality. This will be followed by a review of scalp treatments, massage techniques and facials. We will use several tools that are linked to Japanese head spa and are useful for therapists. The training ends with a review of what we have learned by practicing a treatment on a model. During this practical session, skills and treatment techniques will be applied to the model, and participants will also have the opportunity to be involved during the treatment.

This is what you will learn

Treatment techniques:

The training focuses on practical skills to perform different types of treatments for the scalp and hair. This may include massage, application of herbal or natural products, steaming, and other techniques to promote scalp health and increase circulation.

Products and ingredients:

Knowledge of different products and ingredients used in Japanese hair care, including their properties and how they affect the scalp and hair. This may include the use of natural oils, plant extracts and other traditional tools.

Customer communication and consultation

An important part of the training is to learn how to communicate effectively with clients and carry out a thorough consultation to identify their needs and wishes in terms of scalp and hair care.

After completing the training

After completing a Japanese hair spa training course, participants acquire the skills to perform traditional hair care treatments and promote scalp health and improve hair vitality and shine. With a certificate issued, their competence is confirmed and provides opportunities to work in the industry or continue their training with more advanced techniques.
